Dumbbell

4-Week Strong - Dumbbell Program

A four-week dumbbell strength program with three planned sessions each week. Two two-week stages provide the training structure: establish a consistent rhythm with the first three workouts, then move to more demanding variations in the next three. Each set of workouts is repeated in its second week, giving you 12 scheduled strength sessions across the program.

The digital PDF includes a roadmap, linked exercise demonstrations, a five-minute warm-up and an optional cardio session. Strength sessions are listed at 45–60 minutes. Progression guidance focuses on adding repetitions or increasing weight when heavier dumbbells are available, with each stage and its workouts clearly set out.
