Who we are

These terms apply to our website and digital training programs. The product description, order information, Refund Policy and applicable consumer protections form part of the information governing your purchase. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

Programs and orders

Our programs provide structured exercise guidance in downloadable digital PDF files. Each product description identifies the program, equipment, duration, languages and included materials. Each paid program purchase currently includes both the English and Spanish editions. No physical shipment is included. A program purchase does not include individual coaching or medical services unless expressly stated in the offer.

Please check your selection, contact details and order summary before paying. Provide accurate information and use an email address you can access. You must have legal capacity to make the purchase and authorization to use your chosen payment method.

Customer-facing prices include applicable consumer taxes where required by law. The currency, total payable and applicable tax information are shown before you confirm payment, according to your purchase location and the applicable rules. Payments are processed through Shopify checkout and the payment provider for the method you select. Payment authorization may be required before the files are supplied. If a genuine pricing, payment or order error occurs, we will contact you to resolve it; we will not impose an additional charge without your agreement. Your mandatory rights remain unaffected.

For invoice enquiries, contact hello@liftwithkarine.com. An order confirmation records your purchase; it is not presented as a tax invoice or as a substitute for an invoice required by law.

Digital delivery and accounts

After successful payment, purchased files are supplied immediately by electronic delivery through Shopify Digital Products and the access instructions associated with your order. The product and order information describe what is supplied and any stated access conditions. Keep your order confirmation and use a compatible PDF reader; an internet connection is needed to download files and open linked online demonstrations.

If access information is missing, a file does not open or the supplied content is incorrect, contact hello@liftwithkarine.com. We will help investigate and provide any remedy required by law.

Where you use a customer account, keep your contact details accurate and protect your sign-in credentials and verification codes. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. Creating a customer profile or using an account does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.

Personal use and intellectual property

Your purchase gives you permission to download and use the supplied program for your own personal, non-commercial training. You may retain a personal copy and print it for your own use. Ownership of copyright and other intellectual-property rights is not transferred.

Do not redistribute, resell, publicly upload, share download access to, or commercially exploit the program or its contents without the relevant rights holder's permission. This restriction does not prevent uses permitted by mandatory law. Website text, photographs, video, branding and program materials belong to their respective rights holders.

Exercise demonstrations and responsible training

Programs may link to exercise demonstrations hosted on services such as YouTube. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and their availability may change. If a demonstration supplied as part of your program becomes inaccessible, let us know so we can help; this does not remove our obligations relating to the purchased content.

Programs and demonstrations offer general fitness information, not individualized medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Use suitable equipment and a safe space, choose an appropriate level and work within your abilities. Stop if an exercise causes pain or concerning symptoms, and seek appropriate professional advice if you are unsure whether an activity is suitable. Results vary; no particular outcome is guaranteed.

Website use and responsibility

Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious software or infringe another person's rights. We may take proportionate steps to protect the service against misuse, without removing rights attached to a lawful purchase.

We take reasonable care in presenting our programs and website. Information can contain errors and services can be interrupted; contact us about a problem affecting your order. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by misuse contrary to clear instructions or matters outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility for our own conduct where it cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory rights concerning injury, fraud, non-delivery or non-conforming digital content.

Shopify and privacy

Shopify hosts our store and processes information about visits and purchases. Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled; its services can combine information about interactions with this store, other merchants and Shopify to support personalization, analytics and more relevant advertising. Information is shared with Shopify and relevant providers, including providers in other countries. Our Privacy Policy explains this processing and your choices. Support, consumer rights and changes

Contact hello@liftwithkarine.com for questions, complaints, access problems or refund requests. Our Refund Policy does not replace statutory remedies or any applicable right of withdrawal. These terms do not require you to waive those rights. Immediate delivery or downloading does not itself remove your withdrawal rights.

We may update these terms for future orders. Changes do not retrospectively reduce your rights under an existing purchase.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law, subject to applicable choice-of-law and jurisdiction rules. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of mandatory protections of the law applicable to you, including those of your country of habitual residence where applicable. Disputes are dealt with by the courts or other competent bodies determined by applicable law; no exclusive court or waiver of mandatory consumer rights is imposed.
